Mongolia lecture at Wachusett Meadow Sanctuary

Wachusett Meadow Wildlife Sanctuary in Princeton will host Chris Leahy, Mass. Audubon Bertrand chair of natural history and ornithology, as part of the Meadow’s Friday Night Lecture Series. Leahy will present “The Nature of Mongolia” 7:30-9 p.m. Friday, March 22, at the Sanctuary, 113 Goodnow Road.

Leahy first visited Mongolia in 1982 and has been exploring the country and leading natural history tours there almost annually since 1993. His talk will focus on Mongolia’s natural beauty, wildlife, and culture, and the many challenges it faces in the 21st century. Fee: $7 members, $10 non-members. Register by calling 978-464-2712.
